It was hard for me to find the correct focus with normal eyesight or glasses and taking longer than necessary to fine tune it. I then found out that I could get a diopter lens from Leica to help with my focusing. On the web I found out from a optometrist that I could determine the diopter value from my eye glass prescription by looking at the Sphere value and use that number for the value of the diopter needed to order. My Sphere value was +1.00 so I ordered that value Diopter. The difference was immediate and incredible. Now I have no problem focusing very fast and very accurately. Well worth the price.
